Making use of a lighthouse in 2024

  1. Is there a good guide to flash a lighthouse to use it as an FTA receiver? Where is it located?
  2. What model number(s) remote(s) works with the lighthouse when flashed as an FTA receiver?

Alternatively, with the lighthouse firmware is it possible to put content on the memory card and use it as a server for content on a home network?

Wow @stvcmty, you still have a Lighthouse? I haven’t seen one of those in years…

The Lighthouse was very similar to a Wetek Play, which was a very popular, hackable Linux FTA receiver. This link seems like it has what you are looking for.
