Hi I got the Outernet tuner for Ku band and now I read here that Outernet is available only on L-band.
The problem is that this means that my tuner, which I never used until today, is obsolete. I have no idea why this fundamental change was never communicated to us (have nothing on it on Twitter, Facebook…etc) and why I was sold the Ku band tuner in the first place.
Is there a possibility of returning the Ku-band tuner and then order the L-band set up?
Any help would be appreciated.
